How good are these consultants, really?
Every consultancy on BenchBee is a verified company in the UK, Europe or the GCC, checked against the company register and interviewed before it joins. Their consultants are permanent employees with a track record inside the firm. We don't test individuals, but a consultant whose employer stands behind them is a far better start than a CV nobody vouches for.
What exactly happens after I accept?
You're introduced. Both sides see each other in full and a conversation opens on BenchBee. From there it's between you and the consultancy: NDA, rates and contract, on your paper. BenchBee isn't part of the deal and takes nothing from it.
Can I search for consultants or contact them myself?
No. Agencies post jobs and wait for requests. Only consultancies can send a match request, which is why nobody on BenchBee gets cold-called. When you accept a request, both sides are revealed and you talk directly.
What do my clients see?
Nothing. Your agency's name stays hidden until you accept a match, and your end client is never named on the platform, not even after acceptance. You reveal client details yourself, under NDA, when you choose to.
What am I committing to?

What if a match doesn't turn into a placement?
You keep what you paid for: the introduction. You're now in direct contact with a decision-maker at an IT consultancy, with their bench, their skills and their phone number. The first job is how you meet. The relationship is yours for every job after it.
What if nobody responds to my job?
Every consultancy with a matching consultant can see your job and send a request. We cannot promise a number, and a very niche job may get none. Posting costs nothing, so the only thing you have spent is the time to post it. You pay only when you accept a match.
