Do you take a cut of what we place?
No. The membership is the whole price: no platform fee, no commission, no percentage of the contract. And it stays that way after the placement, because the client relationship is yours.
Who gets admitted?
IT consultancies verified against Companies House or the local equivalent, listing consultants they employ. No freelance marketplaces, no scraped CVs. That vetting is what makes an agency take your match request seriously.
Will our bench actually see jobs?
We can't promise you a number of jobs, and we don't charge until the network has delivered. Your first 3 matches are free, with no time limit. Agencies post jobs free and without limit, so jobs are not rationed before they reach you. You see every job that fits your bench and choose which ones to answer. Nobody contacts your consultants directly.
What happens when an agency accepts our request?
Both sides are revealed and a conversation opens. NDA, rates and contract run directly between you and the agency, on your paper. BenchBee is not a party to the deal and takes nothing from it.

What counts as a match, and what if the deal falls through?
A match is when one side sends a request and the other accepts. Either direction counts. The introduction is the value, so an accepted match still counts if the deal does not close.
Does the price change with the size of our consultancy?
No. It is one price per company, whatever its size. Unlimited users, no per-seat fee.
Why a flat membership and not a cut of the deal?
A cut would put us between you and your client. With a flat membership BenchBee earns when the network is useful enough to keep, not when it takes a slice of your deal. It also keeps the network to companies that mean it.
How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter? How does this compare with paying a recruiter?
A recruiter usually charges a percentage of the placement. BenchBee charges a flat membership and takes nothing from the placement, so what you pay does not rise with the day rate or the length of the contract. For scale: a 15% fee on one contractor billed at £1,250 a day for 210 days is £39,375; the membership is £3,570 a year. Two limits: BenchBee shares employed consultants for projects, it does not place permanent hires, and it can only show you what member consultancies have on their benches.A recruiter usually charges a percentage of the placement.
